It contains descriptions, examples and notes about many common photography documents including Wedding and Portrait contracts, model and property releases, copyright transer forms, publishing contracts and stock photography forms. The descriptions and notes are very helpful AND this book comes with a CD-ROM containing MS Word documents of all of the forms. This book is a must-have if you're getting started in the business! Review #2: very helpful 2005-09-29 I firmly believe in putting anything that has to do with business in writing. With the forms and checklists in this book I hope to avoid any misunderstandings.
