This is reinforced by touching on issues in an incomplete way and saying "this is too hard for you, so ask your patent attorney." Also the organization is not great - it jumps around a bit and contradicts itself in at least one place (whether a provisional patent should have a claim). "Patent it Yourself" and other books are better.
